4 Position XY coordinates database

The coordinates are the straight line distances in metres from a point in Paris, France.
- Latitude-Longitude (LatLon)
De Lat-Lon database contains the Latitude Longitude coordinates. If you are going to use the database with other XY databases of other countries or for use with Google Earth then the Lat-Lon database is the obvious choice. However calculating distances is more complicated.

4 Position XY coordinates database complemented with city coordinates
It is also possible to order the 4 position XY coordinates with the coordinates of the city added. This means that with each 4 position postal code the coordinates of the city are added. This can be useful for when people do not know their postcode, but do know the name of the city. However, using these city coordinates does mean less accuracy.

The updates of the subscription are sent around may each year. The quarterly mutations are sent four times a year.
