The Postcode database (postal code table) of the Netherlands contains all data that is necessary for faultless address data. The basis of the database are the 645.000 postcodes with associated house number ranges (e.g. 2 to 20). A postcode with house number is unique, so only one street and therefore only one city is associated with this postcode.

Integration into existing systems

By integrating the postal code database in your relation database or CRM system it is possible to enter addresses more quickly and without errors. In the mean time you reduce the number of undelivered letters. The database is available in several formats, and can be used in several systems such as Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Sybase and Oracle and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics / Navision and Access.

Mutations

Yearly about 30.000 mutations take place, such as local council reorganisations or new streets that are added, which can be of influence on your address database. It is possible to take out a subscription on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. With the weekly subscription you always have access to the most recent postcode data.

Prices

A license for the Postcode database is available from € 2.810, - for the initial delivery of the database, and € 1.390, - per year for weekly mutations.
